Interested parties can exercise, at any time, the rights set out in article 7 of legislative decree 196/2003 and, in particular, can obtain confirmation of the processing of their personal data, request its cancellation, rectification, updating, as well as oppose the processing for legitimate reasons, by addressing the request directly to the Data Controller.

Any criminal or civil liability, as well as the burden of any possible burden, deriving from the improper use of the above addresses, will fall directly on the sender. The Organization will be exempt from any claim or action that may be addressed to it due to such improper use.
• The publications and/or newsletters can be sent only if there is a prior agreement with the Administration.
• The Organization invites users to indicate their name and surname in the request and/or contact e-mails.
